ABOUT THE EXPEDITION
The Arctic Polar Ice Swim is one of the world's most demanding cold-water challenges. Held above 70° north latitude, swimmers enter near-freezing Arctic waters surrounded by glaciers, wildlife, and rapidly changing weather.
In July 2026, I completed this extraordinary expedition, becoming the first Turkish swimmer to officially complete an Arctic Polar Ice Swim and joining fewer than 70 people worldwide to achieve this milestone.

THE JOURNEY
A Dream Years in the Making
Months of preparation led to one unforgettable expedition above the Arctic Circle.
Trusting Nature
The Arctic decides when conditions are safe. Preparation matters—but nature always has the final word.
Leadership Begins with Trust
The greatest challenge wasn't the cold. It was trusting others to care for her daughter while she entered the Arctic Ocean.
One Breath. One Stroke.
Peak performance wasn't about fighting fear—it was about staying fully present.
