The Arena Aquamasters swim Championships took place in Marmaris May 1-5, 2019. The first three days, we had the pool races- and the last two days the open water races. It was a great organization. There were so many great swimmers and many Turkish records were broken.
I swam 400m and 800, Freestyle and 50m, 100m, 200m Butterfly. I am so happy to have won all the races and have broken the Turkish record in 200m Butterfly. Because of my back problems, I had stopped swimming Butterfly 12 years ago. My doctors and friends encouraged me to continue, and the result in this race was really a great surprise and motivational boost for me.
In addition to my hard consulting work, I have tried to use every moment to train and regenerate myself in order to strengthen my mind and body, which gives me in return energy and motivation for my work.
