Where Ice Meets Inner Strength: A Transformative Night at the Magical Blausee

Nestled deep in the Bernese Oberland, surrounded by tall pines and illuminated by soft winter lights, Blausee is one of Switzerland’s most enchanting mountain lakes. Known for its crystal-clear turquoise water and mystical energy, it has become a gathering place for nature lovers, seekers, and — on this special night — for 45 courageous individuals ready to step far outside their comfort zone.


Last week, I had the honor of leading a fully booked Out of Comfort Zone Experience at this iconic place. A night dedicated to cold water, courage, presence, and inner transformation.


And the impact was so powerful that it was featured in the regional press the next morning.


Dinner at Blausee

A Warm Beginning in a Cold Landscape

The evening began with a warm welcome at the Blausee restaurant:

a cosy Apéro, candlelight, mountain stillness, and a sense of anticipation.


Guests connected instantly — all of them united by a quiet desire to challenge themselves, to understand fear differently, and to rediscover their own inner strength.




Breathwork, Meditation & Preparing the Mind

Before touching the water, we centered ourselves:

  • Guided meditation to activate inner stillness

  • Breathwork to regulate the nervous system

  • Intention setting to build mental presence


Many participants later shared that this moment alone opened something inside them — a sense of readiness, grounding, and trust.

Then came the moment we had all been preparing for.


We entered the deep, icy Blausee — in the dark, in silence, in full presence.

Surrounded only by nature and soft lights reflecting on the water.


It was one of the most magical, poetic and romantic places I have ever swum in.


Participants followed slowly, guided through breath and mindset, discovering that they could do far more than their mind had ever told them.

When we stepped out, hot Punch and a warm fire outside were waiting — the perfect contrast to the ice.

Everything was prepared with love and precision.


Every detail was thought through by the incredible Blausee team, who ensured safety, atmosphere, and seamless execution.


A 3-Course Dinner With Stories, Insights & Peak Flow Tools

The evening continued with a magnificent three-course dinner, perfectly crafted and beautifully served.


Between courses, I held short inspirational speeches and shared:

  • lessons in resilience

  • the psychology of fear

  • how to build a Growth Mindset

  • new Peak Flow Tools that participants can use every day

The restaurant was filled with warm light, deep conversations and moments of real self-reflection.
