I’m thrilled to share something deeply personal and transformative — I’ve launched a podcast dedicated to one of the most powerful forces in personal growth: stepping "Out of Comfort Zone"


Through my journey — from conquering cold water swims to breaking a Guinness World Record — I’ve learned that true transformation happens not in safety, but in the discomfort where fears are faced and beliefs are challenged.

Each episode is crafted to help you take that step forward, no matter where you are on your journey. We’ll explore core themes like:


  1. Understanding Your Comfort Zone

    Identifying where you feel safe and why, and recognising the limiting beliefs and fears that hold you back. This involves reflecting on life areas and discovering where you feel safe.

    You don’t need to feel 100% ready. Learn how to take small, meaningful steps toward your goals and trust your resilience.


  3. Building Mental and Emotional Resilience

    Life gets tough — but so can you. Discover how to stay grounded and keep moving forward, even when it’s hard. Resilience is about learning to deal with loss and being a fighter


  4. Facing and Mastering Your Fears

    Fear isn’t the enemy — it’s the signal. Using techniques like visualisation, mindfulness, and reframing negative thoughts to conquer what holds you back. I've learned that cold and other difficulties are in our minds, and we can use techniques to strengthen our minds and bodies.


  5. Breaking Through Barriers

    Challenging yourself with progressively more demanding tasks and breaking down big goals into manageable steps. As I found, there is no limit to what you can achieve outside the boundaries you set in your thinking.



We'll delve into the power of visualisation – the idea that everything starts in your mind and with consistently visualising an image, you create a magnet that attracts circumstances to realise that image. We'll discuss the importance of identifying your core values and desires, and how understanding the link between fear and desires can motivate you. Just as I learned to manage physical responses to fear and discomfort, we'll explore strategies for managing emotional and physical reactions. It's about learning from both good and bad experiences.
